Refund Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide us with 48-hour notice. This way, our team will be able to adjust their schedules accordingly and we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list. We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc. However, if last-minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Hello Gorgeous Face & Body Contouring has a no refunds for products or services policy.

1. Is a deposit required when booking any service?

A 30%non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required when booking any service. Your appointment is not confirmed until the 30% deposit has been paid. Specials, premier services, deals, packages, and promotions require 100% payment upfront.

2. Appointment Policy 

All appointments must be booked in advance. No children are allowed to join you for your appointment. We recommend that you schedule your next service prior to leaving the Studio. To hold a reservation, we require a credit card number and expiration date at the time of scheduling. Note: We do not accept spa finder gift certificates at this time.

3. Cancelation Policy

All appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a 30% booking fee to be transferred to a new date. Otherwise, a charge of 30% of services will be added to the credit card given to hold the appointment. If you cancel the SAME DAY as your appointment, you will be charged 50% of services to the credit card we have on file. If you happen to be a no-show for the appointment, you will be charged 50% for all of the services scheduled for that day. If you are more than 15 minutes late for any reason, your appointment may be canceled and your 30% booking fee will not be transferred.

*Clients who purchase packages and therefore prepaid must adhere to the 48-hour cancellation notice as well as our 15-minute lateness policy. Canceling any of your package sessions less than 48 hours in advance reduces the value of the package.  ‘NO SHOWS’ will result in that session being forfeited.

4. Are packages transferable/non-refundable?

Packages are non-transferable/non-refundable. All packages must be started prior to the expiration date and all sessions must be completed within the specified time outlined in the package guidelines.

5. Recommendations for best results

For maximum results for any service listed, hydration plays a huge role. We recommend you begin to properly hydrate…drink half your body weight in water days before your treatment as well as days after. During their process, it’s important to refrain from caffeine, alcohol, and unhealthy carbohydrates.

6. Health Concerns

Ladies..we are unable to provide Contour Lipo on the abdomen area if your menstrual is on or pregnant. If you have a cold or your digestive system is impeded ex. Gastritis/constipated let us know immediately.

We reserve the right to stop treatment if we observe possible adverse reactions during the treatment. This scenario still falls under our no refund policy but another comparable service may be offered if available.

COVID19 Protective Measures

Please reschedule your appointment if you are sick or have been in close contact with someone with COVID-19.

  • We practice proper infection control which includes frequent cleaning & disinfection. These rules require proper disinfection of every non-porous implement prior to use. In addition, consideration of disinfection of common use surfaces such as reception areas, massage tables, treatment devices, etc.
  • Use of personal protective equipment (e.g., gloves, masks, eyewear)
  • Hand hygiene. Wash hands with soap and water for 30 seconds prior to and post-treatment to every client. We also have implemented handwashing breaks for employees.
  • Social Distancing. We prevent a large number of people in our area at the same time. We service clients by appointment only.

Please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & only you. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.
